Our ground and facilities are suitable for disable fans with a limited number of disabled parking spaces adjacent to the clubhouse. Please email operations@bracknelltownfc.com to request access for match days. We allow friendly dogs within the ground and they must be kept on a lead at all times.

We are working closely to build better relations with our neighbours. Parking within the town is extremely limited, PLEASE PARK AT Pyes Acre Car Park, GU47 9AH a short, 5 min stroll to The SB Stadium. Whilst we strongly discourage fans from parking in any residential side streets, if you insist, please park legally and do not block driveways otherwise your cars may be towed away, also ensure there is space for emergency vehicles if they need to get access to any side streets. Residents will contact our Duty Manager, and any cars parked illegally or inconsiderately will be requested to move. Please help us to be better neighbours.

Each home match during the season, tickets will be available to purchase on a match-by-match basis. Please ensure that you have purchased your online matchday tickets buy the cut off time as detailed above, this allows the necessary time for the QR codes to be activated on the system. Once you have created your account and completed your purchase, you will receive an email form Kaizen Box Office with a QR code that must be scanned at the gate. Please note that once you have purchased your matchday ticket then you will not receive a refund if you do not attend the game.
