“I feel it is important to address the supporters with an update regarding our squad and in particular the departures

Since myself and Sean came in we have lost a number of ‘big’ players. Has it been hard to deal with? Yes. Have we still achieved positive performances and results? Yes

The departure of Seb Bowerman is probably our biggest hit to date, however I’m still confident of achieving the same performance levels and results, nothing changes in that regard. We have created an identity whereby players can be coached into our playing style and produce what we need from them and we have probably one of the best coaches out there to do so.

Whilst I understand your frustration please know that myself and Sean are still as confident and as determined as we’ve ever been to continue producing positive results on the pitch.

Clubs will continue to come in for our players which we can see as a complement to the style and brand of football being played.

The future is bright and vision is clear.”
