It’s never easy losing a player like George, but I’m absolutely delighted for him as he moves on to Dorking Wanderers. Since I came in, George has been nothing short of brilliant — his energy, drive and consistency in midfield have been a massive influence on our upturn in results He’s a character who will be sorely missed. He’s been a fantastic servant to the club, and the dressing room will definitely be a quieter place without him… and his questionable wardrobe! A top player and an even better lad.

“I never thought I’d be writing this message. Leaving Bracknell has never really been something that entered my mind, and I genuinely believed I would see out my career with the club. I’d like to put on record a massive thank you to every single fan who backed me personally and the team throughout my time. I will always remember your support!

Opportunities like this only come about because of the management, the squad, and the direction the club is moving in. Credit must go to Carl, Sean and Kayne for what they’ve done and how they’ve helped turn things around at Bracknell — this has only been possible because of you.
