Harry Swabey in action against Flackwell Heath

Bracknell Town’s turbulent season suffered a major blow with the news that striker Harry Swabey has been ruled out for the next twelve months.

Swabey – a landscape gardener by trade – who has been plagued by knee problems, was told by his specialist that he needed to give up football and all other sports for a year to rest his joints or risk not being able to walk in later life.

Obviously this is a major blow for the Robins, but Harry’s welfare is of the paramount importance and everyone at Larges Lane wishes him well.

Pauls Landscapes – the company which Harry runs with his father – remain a loyal sponsor of the club and their continued support is much appreciated.
